Cross Country skiing

Pack your backpack with warm chocolate and some sandwiches. Put on your skies and go up in the mountains. You can also choose to try out one of the prepared tracks in our area.

Downhill skiing

In Ljungdalsfjällen there are two ski lifts. A sit lift down here in Ljungdalen and a T-bar lift in Torkilstöten.

Hiking

Ljungdalsfjällen is well known for its many possibilities to go hiking. Almost everyone that stays here hikes up to Helags, the highest mountain in Sweden outside of Lappland and the most southernly glacier in Sweden.
